北京柏悦酒店 (Park Hyatt Beijing) 北京亮酒吧全新推出“漂亮酒”系列特调鸡尾酒,同步升级酒吧小食菜单。云端之上,风味新生,一杯漂亮酒,一味夜之诗,为宾客带来视觉与味觉的双重盛宴。

China Bar at Park Hyatt Beijing unveils its brand-new Beautiful Cocktails series, alongside an upgraded Bistro Bar Menu. Perched high above the city, these refreshed offerings blend artistry and flavor, turning every sip and bite into a feast for the eyes and palate.

入夜,赴一场云端的感官序曲。北京亮酒吧的调酒师打破传统边界,将色彩美学、分子料理技法与经典鸡尾酒哲学融合,从液体的渐变层次、装饰的巧思到杯器的选择,精心设计,让每一款鸡尾酒都是一件流动的艺术品。

As night falls, embark on a sensory journey in the clouds. The mixologists at China Bar push creative boundaries, integrating color aesthetics, molecular gastronomy techniques and classic cocktail philosophy. Every detail—from gradient liquid layers and thoughtful garnishes to curated glassware—makes each cocktail a flowing work of art.

“炽恋”以低温慢煮玫瑰亨利爵士金酒为底,融合接骨木糖浆、蔓越莓汁与柠檬汁,蛋白摇出绵密泡沫,入口清爽回甘、花香馥郁。明火点燃的仪式感拉满,以火焰唤醒浪漫,是视觉与味觉的双重感官盛宴。

“Burning Love” features low-temperature sous-vide rose-infused Hendrick's Gin, blended with elderflower syrup, cranberry juice and lemon juice, shaken with egg white for a silky foam. Light, floral and refreshing with a pleasant sweetness, it comes with a dramatic flambé presentation that ignites romance and delivers a spectacular multi-sensory experience.

“星夜微醺”以亨利爵士金酒为底,融合荔枝利口酒的清甜与金巴利的微苦,柠檬汁平衡风味,花香果香层次分明。粉调酒液搭配干玫瑰点缀,烟雾缭绕间尽显浪漫,入口酸甜平衡、清爽雅致,赴一场星夜下的微醺之约。

“Starry Bliss” is built on Hendrick's Gin, balanced with the sweetness of lychee liqueur and subtle bitterness of Campari, brightened by lemon juice. Delicate floral and fruity notes unfold layer by layer. Served in a pale pink hue with dried rose accents and a wisp of smoky mist, it offers balanced sweetness and tartness for an elegant, dreamy night-time tipple.

“青瑶玉盏”以薄荷利口酒与白可可利口酒为底,融合鲜醇牛奶与蛋白,摇出绵密奶泡。入口清凉柔和,奶香顺滑不腻,搭配“发财”主题摆盘,一口解锁清爽治愈的微醺时刻,薄荷绿色满是春末夏初的氛围感。

“Jade Ember” combines crème de menthe and white crème de cacao with fresh milk and egg white, shaken into a luxuriously smooth foam. Cool, creamy and indulgent without being heavy, it is presented with a festive “fortune” theme, capturing the fresh vibe of late spring and early summer in every soothing sip.

“当时月色”以朗姆为基底,经奶洗工艺淬炼,融合马利宝、椰子糖浆、菠萝汁与柠檬汁,入口丝滑如奶盖,椰香绵长、果酸明亮,甜而不腻。木箱烟笼的巧思装饰,带来坠入月色的温柔微醺。

“Moonlight” uses rum as its base, clarified through a milk-washing process, then blended with Malibu, coconut syrup, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Silky-smooth with a rich coconut aroma and bright fruit acidity, it is delightfully sweet but not cloying. Served in a wooden box with a delicate smoke finish, it wraps you in gentle, moonlit intoxication.

“行者”以普洱威士忌为底,经低温慢煮融合茶与酒的灵魂,搭配君度与蜂蜜水,入口醇厚顺滑,谷物甜与蜂蜜甜交织,尾调尽显普洱回甘。烟熏开瓶的仪式感,敬每一位奔赴山海的行者。

“Walker” features pu-erh-infused whisky, slow-cooked at low temperature to merge the soul of tea and liquor, enhanced with Cointreau and honey water. Rich, mellow and smooth, it reveals layers of grain and honey sweetness, finishing with lingering pu-erh notes. A dramatic smoked decanting ritual pays tribute to every traveler journeying through life.

酒是流动的艺术,食是味蕾的唤醒。北京亮酒吧同步推出全新小食菜单,创意焕新云端佐酒之味,让小食不再只是下酒的配角,而是与鸡尾酒共谱风味的合奏者。从精巧器皿的挑选到巧思雕琢的摆盘,酱汁的弧线、调料的散落、食材的堆叠,都是对云端佐酒风味的极致献礼。

Drinks are liquid art, food awakens the palate. Alongside the new cocktails, China Bar launches an all-new Bistro Bar Menu, elevating bar snacks from supporting roles to harmonious partners. Every element—from curated tableware and artistic plating to precise sauce drizzles and ingredient arrangement—celebrates elevated cloud-top pairing.

地中海风味章鱼软嫩中带有恰到好处的弹韧,地中海酱汁的明亮酸度与烟熏甜椒的深邃香气在口中交织,西班牙橄榄将咸鲜与微苦平衡,带来味觉上的小惊喜,适合搭配以金酒为基底的“炽恋”鸡尾酒。

“Mediterranean Octopus Cocktail” offers tender yet springy octopus, brightened by zesty Mediterranean sauce and deep, smoky, sweet pepper. Spanish olives add a balanced salty-savory touch with a subtle bitterness, making it an ideal match for the gin-based “Burning Love”.

牛肉酱普切塔中8小时慢炖牛肉的浓郁肉香与脆黄油面包的酥脆形成绝妙对比,咬下的瞬间,先是黄油面包的酥脆崩裂,随后慢炖牛肉酱如丝绒般化开,浓郁的肉香与奶香在口中交融,推荐搭配以威士忌为基酒的“行者”鸡尾酒为最佳。

“Pulled Beef Bruschetta” contrasts 8-hour slow-braised beef with crisp, buttery bread. The crunch gives way to velvety, savory beef, blending rich meaty and creamy flavors. Perfect paired with the whisky-based “Walker”.

蟹牛堡将蟹肉的清甜、烩牛肉的浓郁、酸黄瓜与青苹果的明亮酸度,在一只汉堡中达成完美平衡。每一口都是对“鲜”与“嫩”的重新定义。而顶部的China Bar印章,如同为这道作品落下一枚风味的烙印。

“Crab & Beef Buns” achieve perfect harmony: sweet crab, savory braised beef, bright acidity of pickled cucumber and green apple. Every bite redefines freshness and tenderness, stamped with the signature China Bar emblem as a mark of craftsmanship.

蜂巢虾形如蜂巢,味若盛夏。外层酥脆镂空,内里虾肉弹嫩饱满;罗勒的辛香与辣椒丝的微热在齿间交织,一口咬下,仿佛听见蜜蜂振翅的嗡鸣,便是香气在唤醒味蕾。推荐搭配清新的“青瑶玉盏”鸡尾酒,给味蕾带来夏日的无尽遐想。

“Deep Fried Prawn” features a crisp, honeycomb-style exterior wrapping tender, juicy prawns. Basil spiciness and chili warmth awaken the palate, evoking the vibrancy of summer. Best enjoyed with the refreshing “Jade Ember”.
