近日，赵卫红女士被任命为烟台世茂希尔顿酒店总经理，向希尔顿集团大中华区及蒙古山东区总经理刘浩然先生汇报。履新后，赵卫红女士将成为希尔顿在山东区首位女性总经理，更是烟台众多国际品牌酒店中首位女性总经理。

Ms. Angel Zhao was appointed as the General Manager of Hilton Yantai and reports directly to Hilton Great China & Mongolia Shandong Area General Manager Mr. Adrian Liu. Ms. Angel Zhao will become the first female General Manager in Hilton Shandong Area as well as in local international brand hotels.

作为拥有26年酒店从业经验和多家国际品牌酒店管理经验的资深酒店人士，足迹遍布乌鲁木齐、北京、天津、深圳、成都等多个城市。赵卫红女士职业生涯始于客房部，曾担任房务经理、行政管家、酒店品牌标准负责人、运营总监，2017年担任成都安仁福朋喜来登酒店总经理。多年丰富的酒店管理经验，练就她非凡的领导力和洞察力，独到的酒店经营视角和服务理念，是一位秀外慧中勇敢坚毅，才华横溢又不失女性的温婉细腻的酒店人。

Ms. Angel Zhao has 26 years of hospitality experience, having worked for several international brand hotels chains around China. Her career has taken her across many cities in China from Urumqi to Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Chengdu and other cities. Her career started from housekeeping, having served as Housekeeping Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Brand Champion and Director of Operations. Most recently, since 2017, she has served as the General Manager of the Four Points By Sheraton Chengdu Anren. With courage and talent, rich management experience as well as cultivated her extraordinary leadership, insights and service concept.
