1998年,出身于厨房世家的Chef Eddie,在马来西亚开始了他的餐饮职业生涯,入行之初便师从世界级名厨梁兆基与梁志贤,并先后任职于卓美亚、希尔顿、雅高及万豪国际等集团品牌,足迹遍布迪拜、新加坡、中国香港、深圳、上海等地的奢华酒店,其中包含多家米其林一星级餐厅及黑珍珠背景餐厅,屡获国际国内权威餐饮大奖殊荣。多年深耕经验则使得他在国际视野之下,拥有娴熟的厨房管理技巧及菜品创新能力。 Chef Eddie, who was born in a chef family, started his catering career in Malaysia from 1998. At the beginning of his career, he studied under world-class chefs Zhaoji Liang and Zhixian Liang. Fulfilling relevant roles in Jumeirah, Hilton, Accor and Marriott International Group before, He played a part in luxury hotels in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai, including Michelin-starred restaurants and black pearl background restaurants, and has won numerous international and domestic cuisine awards, attributed to his rich experiences with F&B operation and management.
