自2026年3月起,北京东隅酒店全日制餐厅 FEAST(Food by EAST)推出全新春季主题周末早午餐「春飨 A Bite of Spring」。更具季节感的菜单、明亮通透的空间和适合分享的用餐节奏,让宾客在城市东侧,以一顿早午餐轻松切换到春日模式。
From March 2026, FEAST (Food by EAST), an all‐day dining restaurant at EAST Beijing, unveils “A Bite of Spring”, a refreshed weekend brunch concept that brings the season’s colours and flavours onto the table. With a lighter, more playful menu and a bright, open setting on the east side of the city, guests are invited to ease into their weekends over a long, unhurried brunch.

从3月起,每周六与周日11:30至15:00,FEAST 将周末早午餐菜单换上春日新装。开放式厨房、落地玻璃与长木桌把餐厅变成适合久坐的聚会场,宾客可在自助餐台轻松取餐的同时,享用一份由厨师现场烹制、单点出品的春季主菜。主菜以西式烹调为基础,融入云南、贵州、四川等地区灵感,将时令绿叶、香草与酸辣元素自然铺陈在盘中,让肉类主菜也带着清爽的春天气息。所有主菜均为现点现做,并以精致摆盘送至餐桌,让每位宾客在自助的随意之外,都拥有一道「只为自己准备」的主菜小仪式。
Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am to 3:00pm, FEAST’s signature weekend brunch takes on a spring focus. Open kitchens, long wooden tables and floor‑to‑ceiling windows give the restaurant the feel of a laid‑back gathering, where guests move freely between the buffet and the open kitchen pass. Inspired by the regions of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, the kitchen pairs grilled meats and richer cuts with spring greens, citrus, herbs and bright, sour broths. Each main course is cooked to order and served at the table, blending the spontaneity of a buffet with the ease of restaurant service.
