近日，悦榕集团正式宣布任命祝传捷先生为黄山悦榕庄总经理，他将全面负责酒店的日常运营和管理工作。

Recently, Banyan Tree Group formally appointed Max Zhu as General Manager of Banyan Tree Huangshan, who will be fully responsible for the hotel's daily operation and management.

祝传捷先生最早于北京凯宾斯基酒店开启他的酒店职业生涯，曾在香格里拉、凯悦等国际知名品牌酒店任职，拥有近 16 年丰富的国际品牌酒店工作经验，他在运营管理方面具有丰富的实战经验，关注宾客需求，勇于挑战业绩和营运上的难点，利用其极强的责任心和执行力，致力于为宾客提供更优质的入住体验。

Max Zhu's hospitality career started at Kempinski Beijing, and had worked with multiple international hotel brands including Shangri-La and Hyatt, he has nearly 16 years of valuable experience with international hotel brand, he has wealth experience at operation management, and focus on the needs of the guests, courage to challenge the performance and operation difficulties, strong sense of responsibility and execution would provide guests with a better stay experience.

加入黄山悦榕庄之前，祝传捷先生担任西安浐灞悦苑酒店总经理，凭借极强的酒店管理知识和营运经验，推动酒店顺利开业，并在与众多国际品牌的竞争激烈中取得良好的经营业绩。

Prior to his new appointment, Max Zhu was General Manager of Dhawa Xi'an Chanba, with his strong hotel management and operation experience, the hotel opened successfully and achieved an impressive ramp-up in a highly competitive market with numerous international brands.
