国际美食文化交流 寻味河南

由旅游休闲全媒体主办的“国际美食文化交流 · 寻味河南”活动于8月12日在河南郑州闪亮呈现!

2025年8月12日,郑州阜民里“潮起中原 时尚河南” 主题活动开幕式当天,旅游休闲全媒体携手意大利、马来西亚、斯里兰卡、智利、哥伦比亚、巴哈马六国,为郑州市民呈现了一场精彩纷呈的“旅游休闲 · 国际美食文化交流 寻味河南”市集活动,为观众带来丰富而充满趣味的国际化美食文化体验!

On August 12, 2025, on the opening day of the "Rising Tide in the Central Plains, Fashionable Henan" themed event in Fuminli, Zhengzhou, the Travel & Leisure All Media, in collaboration with six countries including Italy, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Chile, Colombia, and the Bahamas, presented a vibrant "Travel & Leisure · International Gourmet Culture Exchange: Seeking Taste of Henan" market event for Zhengzhou citizens, bringing a rich and enjoyable international gourmet culture experience to the audience!

旅游休闲全媒体出版人肖杨女士表示:“本次活动我们带来了6个国家,给到参与国家的命题作文是利用河南当地的食材和国际的手法将国际美食与河南美食融合链接,把国际美食带到河南,同时把河南当地的美食和食材带向国际。”

Ms. Xiao Yang, the publisher of Travel & Leisure All Media, said, "For this event, we brought together six countries, and the assigned topic for the participating countries is to integrate and link international cuisine with Henan cuisine using local Henan ingredients and international techniques, bringing international cuisine to Henan while also introducing local Henan cuisine and ingredients to the world."

意大利传统肉丸融合河南本地荆芥青酱、马来西亚砂拉越风味融合郑州烩面,以及斯里兰卡红茶、哥伦比亚椰奶鸡尾酒、哥伦比亚醇香咖啡、冰爽的智利葡萄酒,在阜民里营造出强烈的国际化氛围和欢乐的夏日时光。

Italian traditional meatballs blended with Henan's local catnip green sauce, Malaysian Sarawak flavor fused with Zhengzhou stewed noodles, as well as Sri Lankan black tea, Colombian coconut milk cocktail, Colombian mellow coffee, and refreshing Chilean wine, created a strong international atmosphere and joyful summer moments in Fuminli.  

河南文化和旅游厅黄东升厅长、周耀霞副厅长一行亲临活动现场,与外籍厨师们互动交流,了解他们创作融合河南特色的国际美食灵感,和现场市民们一起品尝各国的美食美酒,并热情邀请他们常来河南,促进河南与国际美食的交流合作。

Director Huang Dongsheng and Deputy Director Zhou Yaoxia of the Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism visited the event site, interacted with foreign chefs, learned about their inspiration for creating international cuisine that blends Henan characteristics, tasted the delicious food and wine from various countries with the local citizens, and warmly invited them to visit Henan often to promote the exchange and cooperation between Henan and international cuisine.

摊位前的一张张笑脸、品尝美食美酒后舌尖的满足、以及本地市民与外籍厨师、工作人员频频地互动交流,标志着旅游休闲全媒体国际美食文化交流活动在越来越多的城市获得了成功,未来旅游休闲全媒体也将为更多城市带来更具特色和令人难忘国际美食文化体验!

The smiling faces in front of the stalls, the satisfaction on the tip of the tongue after tasting delicious food and wine, and the frequent interaction and communication between local citizens and foreign chefs and staff members, all indicate that the international gourmet culture exchange activities sponsored by Travel & Leisure All Media have been successful in more and more cities. 当天,“寻味河南”的另一项美食文化交流活动同步在郑州郑东洲际酒店进行,意大利明星厨师Paolo Dodaro、来自穆禄餐厅的马来西亚青年女厨师Teo Kar Lyn,应旅游休闲全媒体邀请,与郑州郑东洲际酒店行政总厨Martin展开了一场国际美食与河南美食的精彩对话。旅游休闲全媒体长期致力于国际美食文化交流,以一系列多样化主题及富有创意的形式,为中外美食创立沟通平台、打通合作渠道、激发创作灵感,以深度内容的全媒体立体呈现,获得美食圈及合作伙伴的高度认可及赞赏。

On the same day, another gourmet culture exchange event for "Seeking Taste of Henan" was held concurrently at the InterContinental Zhengzhou Zhengdong Hotel. Italian celebrity chef Paolo Dodaro and Malaysian young female chef Teo Kar Lyn from Mulu Restaurant, invited by the Travel & Leisure All Media, engaged in a fascinating dialogue with Martin, the executive chef of the InterContinental Zhengzhou Zhengdong Hotel, about international cuisine and Henan cuisine. The Travel & Leisure All Media has long been committed to international gourmet culture exchange, creating a communication platform, opening up cooperation channels, and inspiring creative inspiration for Chinese and foreign cuisine through a series of diverse themes and creative forms. 意大利传统肉丸融合河南本地荆芥青酱

马来西亚砂拉越风味融合郑州烩面

本次“寻味河南”活动中,在旅游休闲全媒体的积极沟通与启发下,各位主厨都呈现了极具融合精神的创意菜品。意大利明星厨师Paolo Dodaro在传统的意大利卡拉布雷西肉丸基础上,融入以河南荆芥制作的青酱,意大利的番茄红与河南的荆芥绿对撞出跨越时空的美食灵感。马来西亚女厨师Teo Kar Lyn以经典的马来西亚砂劳越米粉的做法与风味为创作起点,大胆地用自己手工制作的河南烩面替换米粉,将浓烈的马来风味与河南烩面爽滑劲道融入一碗之中,展示出国际青年厨师对河南美食的独到理解和对融合菜的独特灵感巧思。郑州郑东洲际酒店行政总厨Martin则以本地河南羊肉做为菜品的本地根基,与荆芥碎充分融合,在将河南风味演绎到味觉顶点的时刻,画风一转,以极为西式的精致造型与摆盘,表达出另一种同样精彩的融合菜表达。

During the "Seeking Taste of Henan" event, under the active communication and inspiration of the Travel & Leisure All Media, all the chefs presented creative dishes with a strong fusion spirit.Italian celebrity chef Paolo Dodaro, based on the traditional Italian Calabrese meatballs, incorporated pesto made from Henan catnip. The collision of Italian tomato red and Henan catnip green sparked cross-cultural gourmet inspiration. Malaysian female chef Teo Kar Lyn, starting with the classic Malaysian Sarawak rice noodle recipe and flavor, boldly replaced the rice noodles with her handmade Henan stewed noodles, blending the strong Malay flavor with the smooth and chewy texture of Henan stewed noodles into one bowl, showcasing the unique understanding of international young chefs towards Henan cuisine and their unique inspiration and ingenuity in fusion dishes. Martin, the executive chef of the InterContinental Zhengzhou Zhengdong Hotel, used local Henan Yellow River beach sheep as the foundation of the dish, fully integrating it with catnip pieces. At the moment when the Henan flavor was brought to the peak of taste, the style changed, presenting another equally wonderful fusion dish with an extremely Western-style exquisite shape and plating.

三位主厨的精彩演绎为本次由旅游休闲全媒体主办的“国际美食文化交流·寻味河南”活动交出了一份精彩答卷,也为国际美食走进河南、河南食材走向世界呈现了一个精彩的案例和有益的尝试。
