孙杰先生拥有20逾年的国际酒店从业经验。2006年便于北京金融街威斯汀大酒店担任餐饮部领导者角色；随即凭借其出色的工作能力与杰出表现，在多个城市胜任餐饮总监及运营总监职位，如在深圳大梅沙京基喜来登酒店、珠海新骏景万豪酒店、北京海航大厦万豪酒店等；任职期间，孙先生带领团队实现了酒店生意持续增长，并在酒店业界树立了新标杆。孙先生加入北京新青海喜来登酒店前，曾担任万豪华北地区的运营总监，负责华北区域万豪国际旗下酒店的运营管理并取得了优异的市场业绩。
Mr. Sun commands a strong hospitality background, with over 20 years’ hotel management experience in the hospitality industry. From 2006, he already has been the department leader of Food & Beverage at The Westin Beijing Financial Street, throughout his tenure, he gained ample operation experience in different cities as the role of Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Operations, including at Sheraton Dameisha Resort Shenzhen, Zhuhai Marriott Hotel and Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast. Prior to join Sheraton Beijing Lize Hotel, Mr. Sun was the Area Director of Operations for North China where he successfully led the North China Operation Team to achieve excellent market performance and volume.
